Marketplace Photo Size Guides

Each page here pairs one marketplace’s published photo numbers with the same in-browser batch tool: choose photos, pick the size, and download the resized files. The numbers on a page are copied from that marketplace’s own help pages and carry a link and the date we read them. Where a marketplace publishes no pixel size, the page says so and marks the size it offers as our own default. Your photos are read inside your browser and are never uploaded.

  • Amazon Main Image White Background Checker — Drop a main image to see whether its border is pure white and how much of the frame the product fills.
  • Amazon Product Image Requirements — Put product photos on a pure white square at a zoom-ready size, then check them against Amazon's published numbers.
  • Depop Photo Size — Depop's app states no pixel size. Resize your batch to a clean 1280 px square or keep the original shapes.
  • eBay Picture Size — Resize listing photos to eBay's recommended size and check each one against eBay's minimum, file size and photo count.
  • eBay Store Banner Size — Crop an image to eBay's store billboard, logo or marketing banner size and download it.
  • Etsy Banner Size — Pick the Etsy banner, icon or profile photo size and crop your image to it, choosing which part to keep.
  • Etsy Listing Photo Size — Resize a batch of photos to the size Etsy recommends, then check each one against Etsy's own numbers.
  • Etsy Thumbnail Size — See which part of each photo survives Etsy's square thumbnail crop, then resize the batch to 4:3.
  • Facebook Marketplace Photo Size — Meta publishes no photo size for Marketplace. Resize a batch to a clean square or keep each photo's shape.
  • Google Business Profile Photo Size — Google recommends 720 x 720 px, with a 250 px minimum, JPG or PNG, 10 KB to 5 MB. Resize and check a batch of photos here.
  • Mercari Photo Size — Mercari lists no pixel size, so resize to a clean square or keep each shape. Up to 12 photos fit a listing.
  • Poshmark Photo Size — Resize closet photos to Poshmark's suggested 1000 px square or to the 3:4 portrait shape.
  • Shopify Banner Size — Shopify has no one banner size. Enter your theme section's size, or use the brand-assets cover size, and crop to it.
  • Shopify Product Image Size — Resize product photos to Shopify's recommended square and check each one against Shopify's limits.
  • Vinted Photo Size — Vinted sets no pixel size. Resize the batch and keep the first photo a full view of the item.
  • Whatnot Photo Size — Whatnot sets no pixel size. Resize your batch, and number the photos by lot if you sell in shows.
  • WooCommerce Product Image Size — See the sizes WooCommerce's own docs give, then resize a batch of product photos to a square 800, 300 or 100 px in your browser.
